First, we schedule a meeting to discuss your idea for the customised shoe of your dreams, define the model we will create and choose the elements you want to implement. From there, we move on to the design phase and start bringing your desire to life.

Because your taste is the most important, and to ensure your satisfaction, you will accompany the different stages of the process and receive components of the final piece at home before we move on to the production phase.

It is from here that the magic happens: the footwear is created by our team of craftsmen and undergoes a rigorous quality test before being sent to you.

The payment for your dream footwear is made in two stages: 25% upon approval of the budget and 75% at the time of shipment. As each footwear is unique, the value will be budgeted for each request.

The estimated delivery time for your footwear is three months after the payment of the initial 25%.
